Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days, (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We are a U.K. based manufacturer, but we ship to a number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location. For example, if you live in the EU you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii or the far east. 

International shipping rates vary by destination and the size and weight of the package and on the time taken for delivery. To this end shipping rates as well as any taxes and/or duty due to be paid, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
